Oh Dear!!

Hullo, Hullo,

Oh dear, oh dear what a fool I feel - please tell me I am not the only one who has done this - surely!!!!!

My card above, which actually I am very pleased with - was actually made for the Truly Scrumptious Challenge for this week using their sketch. That was until I looked at their blog just a minute ago to get the link, and shock, horror and a few beeps thrown in I noticed that also the theme was "spots, circles or dots!"

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! not one blooming spot circle or dot on my card - ooh the annoyance - I can see you laughing now Tracy!!!

Oh well learn by your mistakes onwards and upwards!!

Just Magnolia Challenge 4

Hullo, Hullo,
I'm back with a blue one as promised, it just turned out a little later than expected.
Reason being - I could not find my white pen anywhere last night, but I will probably walk into my craft room tonight and it will be waving at me!!
My card is for this weeks Just Magnolia challenge , the DT cards are fab as always and you have to incorporate stitching!!
Oh my lordy stitching waagghh!!
I do actually have a lil sewing machine which I recently treated myself to but haven't plucked up the courage to use on my cards as of yet, so I must practice.
Unfortunately my faux stitching is not showing up to well, but it is on the blue checked squares - honestly it is ! lol
Hope you likey

Tilda with cupcake - yum !

Hullo, Hullo,

I have a card for you today using a Tilda with a tiny little muffin she has made,

I love this Tilda!

I seem to have accumulated a few now, which I am surprised about as when I

first saw them, when they had their wider jaw line I wasn't that keen as

they reminded me of a "moomin",

Since the jaws got smaller, lots have come home with me.

That is the disadvantage (yes there is one believe it or not) working in a craft shop.

I have a little pile by the side of my desk of craft items that I chop and change

throughout the week.

These are items I think I need - honestly I don't need - I want!!

My little craft room is full to the brim with items that haven't even come out of their packaging

hence the reason of starting my blog so I can brush the dust off and use.
Have a lovely day and BEWARE of all those fools out there

PS: I did get the style of this card from a fellow blogger a long time ago before I ventured
into blog land, unfortunatley can't remember who.... if it's you thankyou x

Another man card from my man drawer!

Hullo Hullo,
Another man card today I love this style looks like it takes ages but in fact it doesn't, but the finished product is amazing on the front I have used a magnolia stamp fantastic for teenagers.
The multi talented Kim Fee taught this method on a card class - she so cool!!!
As you open the card there is a flappy down bit which I have placed the name of the recipient (ooh hark at me!) you could always put your greeting here.

Ta dah! and this is the finished product which stands alone, everyone who has received a card like this loves it as it is a real eye catcher the star is floating with a little bit of acetate best to use clear acetate. Do you think i could find mine that day - no way they had to make do with squiggley bits on theirs !
Must Tidy my craft room any tips on keeping it spotless!
