Sketch Saturday Challenge!

Hullo, Hullo,
I have managed to squeeze in a card (should be doing housework euggh!)
I have seen lots of these types of cards on various blogs and really love the crisp freshness about them, so thought I would give it a go.
I have tried my best to capture the layers and texture as they are quite difficult to photograph

Here is a side view, I have used my Martha Stewart eyelet lace punch again, it is so dainty and pretty it will get a lot of use!
I have even dusted off my cuttlebug folders Happy Birthday and Swiss Dots, I always forget to use embossing folders it's such a shame as they bring so much dimension to a card I must make a mental note to use them more often.

One last arty angle, the photos do not really do it justice it looks better in real life (honest) I am rather pleased with it.
The silver mirri card just takes the plainness out of it. the 40 is cut out using the Cuttlebug Alphabet "Hippie Chick".
I will be entering this into the Sketch Saturday Challenge as I have used their fab sketch.
Hope your enjoying your weekend, thank you for your comments and remember.........................
THE CLOCKS GO FORWARD TONIGHT!!!!!!
