Last But Not Least!

Hullo, Hullo,
Finally finished my mums birthday cards, this one was from me (although she did have to wait- oops!) she's not received it yet she will get it tonight as we are going out for a meal to celebrate her birthday.
She better like it as it's taken me ages!!
I have had to warn her though as it has a Tilda on it and in her words she say's they are sweet but they need a "gob!"
I do confess I did try putting on a "gob" but it did not work at all it looked daft so I scrapped that one.
I have tried especially hard to do a bit of shading with my copics - lordy it takes me forever!! and I am know where near anyone elses standards - hats off to you copic masters!!!
I also found it started to bleed a bit but managed to recover it slightly just don't look too closely!
I have also distressed the edges with vintage photo distress ink (be kind I am knew to all this malarkey!)

I have used the easel style card as I just love the way they stand you can really make them look special.
Lots of new things used on here, and old but new as in not used before!!
I think my favourite item at the moment has to be MS punch eyelet lace this is just the prettiest punch ever everybody should have one!!
I will be entering my card for
Magnolia Challenge - Birthday card
A Spoon Full of Sugar - Distress Inks
Well I must fly have waited in all day for a parcel to arrive (supposedly before 12.30) daren't hoover incase I missed doorbell and guess what - YUP! it came when I was on the school run!
Luckily my eldest had just arrive home so he took it in!
Isn't that always the way!
Enjoy your evening whatever it may be
Toodle pop!
xx
