Easter!!!

I have been a little busy making a few cards for Easter!
Hope you all had a lovely Easter and that the Easter Bunny had time to deliver some delicious chocolate eggs for you !!
There were, and I mean WERE lots of Malteser bunnies in our house but they have mysteriously disappeared now I fancy one!!
Funny how that happens, ten ton of chocolate here one minute then gone the next.
My motto is if you want to eat it all at once and be sick - then go for it but you're cleaning up the mess!!!

Here they are a little closer

Penny Black Duck with flowers, this one always comes out at Easter...
Plus, my lovely Elzybell chicks, I've told you before I have Elzybells for any occasion!!!

Challenges

challenges 4 everybody - anything goes
one stitch at a time - spring
red carpet studio - easter
one stop craft - easter
creative creations - easter
artistic inspirations - easter

Enjoy the Sunshine and the lighter evenings!

Anna's 16th!!

OOh! it has been so long I confess I have forgotten what I am doing!!!!
Lots of cobwebs in here and lots of dust !
I have tried a couple of times to post without success due to one thing or another and then given up so hopefully fingers crossed this will work.
It was a while ago when i made this for my lovely niece Anna on her 16th birthday, didn't want anything too cutesy as obviously she is growing up into a fine young lady but still wanted it to be girly.
Pink and yes of course Kraft - hope you like.
Milestone birthdays seem to be the thing at the mo for me, will have a couple more to share soon.
Blogger permitting of course lol x
Hope you are all well, that is if anyone still visits x
Bye for now x

Why Now?

Why do I now get the urge to start making Christmas cards when the event is over?
Yet it seemed like such a chore to do before the event!
Is it cos i know i have a whole year to make them?
Or is it cos I have new stash!!!!!!
Yes obviously it is because i have new stash , I just love these new meoples stamps they are so cute and i manage to bag them in the sale yeeha!!!
Here is another from the same set look at their lil faces Awwww they make me smile!
They also came with the sentiments.
Everyone else is probably sick of the site of Christmas but for some strange reason i am enjoying making them!
And last but not least my MFT stitched stocking set with matching dies there are so many sentiments and bits and bobs in this set it's a must have!
Hope you like !
Anyone still sticking to their new years resolutions?
If your anything like me the answer is probably "No!"
Oh well roll along tomorrow when i'll start again lol x
Enjoy whats left of your Sunday!

Favourite Five of 2012!

Good Evening Peeps!
Hope you have all had a lovely Christmas and been spoilt rotten by Santa!
Let's hope you haven't been hit by the plague like us, well i say us it was my youngest Reece who spent most of Christmas being sick and has now got tonsilitis!
Ooh what fun it has been - NOT!!!!!
So to cheer myself up I have decided to play along with Debby's Fave Five of 2012 it seems to be quite a tradition and is so lovely to check out everyones delights!
Hope you like the ones i have chosen
1st up is a stamp i got free with a magazine, a very girly card
you can see my post here
Another girly card i do love these colours together
You can see my post here
I really, really like this one and when looking back i had totally forgotten about it, this was the 1st time I had used pencils on kraft!
Here is my post
Aww just look at those lil puddy tats just waiting to give you those pressies!!
I must use this stamp more often!!
Here is my post

And last but not least as i said in my blog post when i made this card
"This ones for you and you and you and you........."
ALL OF YOU
although things have slowed up on my blog since my mum had her fall and time is limited for creating i do hope to rectify that in the coming year :)
I have lots of New Years Resolutions i need to make , that's the easy part for me it's the sticking to them that i struggle with!!!! LOL x
Have yourself a happy healthy and safe New Year!
All the best!

Crimbo Snowman!

Good Afternoon!
Have you ever been happy with a card you made and then stuck something on that you wish you hadn't!!!!!!!
As Rolph Harris would say "Can you guess what it is yet?"
I doubt you got it wrong - yes it is the darn holly leaves, I stuck one one and thought "mmmmm yay or nay? "- then stuck another and thought "definitely nay!"
Do you think the buggers would come off - No way Jose they were stuck fast and upon trying to get them off i was ripping the paper!
So they stayed!
I rather liked my card before the holly but not as keen now lol x

Have yourself a merry little christmas ...

Good Morning!
Sunny outside and no frost! ooer is it being nice to us so we are prepared for the snow next week!!!
Oh well, what will be will be I am sure we won't get landed with it , more than likely the poor people up North will get there shares worth!
Another crimbo card to add to the everlasting list, I haven't made many at all may have to delve into the shop bought ones from last year, i always buy them in the sales as can't resist them at such a good price!
Also the price of postage is ridiculous and they literally have to be like 'Flat Stanley'  with no bulky embellishments otherwise you really will be charged the earth!
I have used this fab set Signature Christmas from Clearly Besotted Stamps, a perfect addition to your stamp collection and especially good for making tags, it comes with lots of sentiments.
This particular sentiment however is a Penny Black stamp.
Traditional colours for this card i don't think you can really beat red and green for christmas.
Hope you like x

Season's Tweetings!

Good Afternoon!
Happy 1st December I can't believe it is so near to Christmas and however much I try I still don't feel very Christmasey yet!!
I did decorate a Christmas Tree last night though and it does look pretty just need to find a fairy for the top!
It must of put me in the mood a little as I made this card using the Marianne Wooden Tree, i love this die and especially the little owls they are so cute, lots of jewels and glamour dust on the snowflakes to make them sparkle!!
Hope you like!
