Flutterby by Butterfly!!

Hullo, Hullo,
I can't believe it has been so long since I last posted, naughty Suzie Q I shall slap my own wrists!!!!
Life has been hectic what with work and everyday life has left me little time to play, although I still manage to have spent a little on the way mostly on Elzybells I must confess.
What a sad day that was for me to learn they were closing down :(
I would probably have to be one of their number 1 fans and those little Elzybells will be sorely missed by me, if you haven't stocked up yet you need to hop on over as they have a fantastic sale on at the moment.
Which also leads me to ask if any of you lovely people out there have a stamp set called Teddy Surprise code 20-016 and you no longer wish to keep, I would be more than happy to take it off your hands, sadly this one had already sold out before the sale and I would love to get my mitts on it!!!
My card up above was used as a sample for our create and take at work on Friday and as I hadn't shown any cards as of late thought you might like to take a peek at it, I have used the lovely Martha Stewart Royal Butterfly along with Basic Grey Kioshi Collection,
Here is the card we actually used for our Create and Take, I have seen many frames with lots of butterflies in using different papers so thought I would just transfer that idea on to a card, the butterflies are glued at the centres and the wings are slightly lifted to give a raised effect with a little touch of stickles down the centre to add a little sparkle.
All items used can be found here Craftsulove it is our 4th shop birthday this Saturday if you would like to celebrate it with us,we have lots of demos and classes going on, all information can be found here .
Hopefully, I will be visiting you all in the next couple of days when I get a few spare mins.
Toodle pop!
xxxxxx

  2. Two beautiful cards Suzie, very delicate and pretty.
I got my Elzybells parcel last Friday, I too am very sorry to see her go.I shall treasure my stamps even more. Sorry I can't help you with the teddy stamp, it's not one I own (cos I'm rubbish at colouring the teddys!)
Have fun at Craftsulove, I bet Craftynan will be bobbing in too, I only wish I lived closer.(The bank manager will be relieved that I don't live closer!)
    Have a good week

  6. Hi Sue
love both of your card's (very pretty). I have stamped up your images for you (so that will be a good excuse for me to visit the shop on Saturday)lol, I will have to tie one hand behind my back, so that I don't spend too much (I will have to make sure it's the one that doesn't work properley)rotfl. In case you havn't visited Elaine's (a technophobe's blog) in the last few days, she has some more hanglar strangler babies that are going to need a home (that lady is too kind bless her).If I don't see you at Zoe's, I will see you on Saturday.
    hugs
