Spots And Stripes!

Hullo,Hullo,
It seems a bit wrong that I am sharing Christmas Cards as the sun is shining brightly, but I have been itching to have a go at Jacqui Dennis's 5 minute basket and it is so simple yet rather stunning - if I can achieve it absolutely anybody can!!!!
They are so simple to make you really must click on the link if you haven't tried it before as Jacqui has done a great tutorial with photos and I guarantee you will be churning them out in no time they are fab!!
I will be filling this up with some kind of goodies, I did have a hunt around in the cupboards just incase there were some treats that the kids hadn't sniffed out but as I guessed there was NOWT!!!!
I have used mostly Stampin Up items apart from the snowflake brad and Cuttlebug snowflake die.
I will be entering my creations into
Totally Gorguss - Christmas
Meljens Designs - stripes
Secret Crafter - Make a Start on Christmas
Totally papercrafts - clean and simple
Lots to do today - the dreaded housework and yep that will probably take up all day, what a bore but then I have a fun day ahead tomorrow as I am going to an all day Stamping Event and luckily for me it is 5 mins down the road and It will be a laugh a minute for sure as it is being run by the lovely Mrs Wonka and partner in crime Natalie O' Shea, hopefully I will have some creations to show you if I get to finish them if I'm not gassing to much!
Enjoy your weekend!

  1. Just noticed how gorgeous your blog looks Suz.
Have you changed it or am I just a nutter!!

Have lots of fun with "Mrs Wonka" and don't spend too much. I am away at Harrogate great papercraft show next Sat/Sun, love it.

This basket is genius, cannot wait to try it out. I make 24 baskets for mothers day every year at playgroup, so this will be great to do. Your red interpritation is gorgeous. Ta Debbiexx

Fab Christmas card and basket. I may just have to have a go at making one of these baskets, it looks fab.
Same as you, the cupboards are always bare in our house! Never any hidden treats lurking at the back.
Hope you had a fantastic time at the Stamping Event.
