Happy New Year and a week!

Yoo Hoo!!!
I know it is belated but a very Happy New Year to you all I hope it brings you good health, happiness and fortune!!!!
Well I am hoping all three will work for me especially the health as have been ill all over Chrimbo and still getting over it,and have now managed to catch something else!
If it's not one thing it's another!!
So fingers crossed eh!
Hence the lack of posts and actually lack of wanting to do anything at all it really knocked the stuffing out of me, so not many Christmas cards were made at all this year!
This is the card that I made for my mum and dad (I did obviously need to make this one!)
This is the side view of my easel card, I really like these style cards and so easy to make but think they look that little bit extra special - Did you notice above I must of found my glitter button on my camera by accident it's sparkling a treat!
The Chrimbo papers are by SU along with the tree stamp and bauble stamps, the tag inside is by Magnolia and the fantastic image is of course LOTV.
I will be entering my card into the following challenges
ABC Christmas challenge - A for anything christmas
Winter wonderland - lets go dotty
Papertake Weekly - anything goes
Creative craft World - anything goes
I did get a lovely new camera for Chrimbo and have still yet to read the manual as it is a bit more snazzier than my old one so who knows my photos may come out a little better - fingers crossed!!
Bye for now

  14. Hi Sue
Oh you poor thing you, I hope you are soon on the mend.
Happy New Year to you & your family, hope it's a good one for you.
Love your card, even though I am sooooooooo fed up with Christmas cards, bet Dad & Mum loved it. I am very impressed with you being able to use the glitter button on your camera, you clever thing you I can see all the glitter.
I was thinking about you yesterday. I was having a bit of a spring clean and as I was getting rid of the cobwebs in our bedroom, my eye spied another clutch of those horrible red things (and before you say it, NO not hubby's piles) LADYBIRDS, there were about 50 of the little horror's. So after capturing them in my plastic container, I took them on a jaunt down the lane, then let them fly away. I thought if I took them far enough away, they wouldn't come back. So I thought I had better give you fair warning, in case you suddenly have an influx of them. NO I DO NOT want them back thank you.
I thought it would have been too cold for them to be around this time of the year, but hubby said as our house is heated like the tropics, that they most probably thought it was summer lol.
